After-sale Service & Warranty

Stable Quality, Low Malfunction Rate. All our products have at least one year warranty and lifetime technical support.

Within the free warranty period, if there is any fault of our products, firstly we will send our engineer to contact you by Email、WhatsApp etc, after we fully communicate on the failure of machine, if it’s ok our engineer will solve it directly via remote way like Teamviewer, or give you step by step guidance on how to solve it.

If the parts must be replaced, within the warranty period, we will send the fault assembly to you free of charge. After the warranty period, we will still provide you the parts needed and only charge at cost price.

If the problem is quite serious, you can send machine back to us for free repair, or you need us to dispatch engineer to repair in your country, if so all the related costs are at customer’s expense as to the normal international practice.

Our company have already set up after-sale service department in Somalia, Africa and Philippines, Asia. Then customers of East Africa and Southeast Asia are within the scope of services, and the customers will be in charged with less expense. In light of the market conditions, we will unceasingly increase the organization of after-sale service abroad, so that can solve the after-sale service problem locally in more countries. We sincerely welcome the distributors who have technological strength and interests to approach us with the establishment of the area agents and special maintenance organizations.
